Disaster Inc is a one person operation so please be patient. I ship out everything myself a couple of times a week so orders will usually go out within 5 working days and take a few days more for UK orders and a couple of weeks for outside of the UK (thnx brexit.) This may vary depending on circumstances and emotions. Please don't email about your order within the first 48 hours. I am on it, I promise.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail on a 48 hour service.
All international orders are sent tracked and signed for as standard.
Returns
Items can be returned to me to the below address. Please contact me via email prior to shipping and including your full name and order number, reason for return and what action you would like me to take within the package.
All items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in. No worn products to be returned unless a manufacturing fault.
Any queries on faults should be emailed prior to sending the item back.
You may return items up to 28 days after the purchase date. (International Customers can return within 28 days of arrival date.)
